Sally is offering a Small Group Course of Sessions in Stress Relief and Relaxation for those experiencing the many persistent health related conditions associated with stress.

Stress has become a norm and until we create strategies to overcome our behavioural habits associated to the ‘stress response’ we stay in an endless cycle of stress.

Today we are experiencing ongoing ‘ low grade stress’.
