Introduction to Restorative Yoga
Private One-to-One Beginner Course
Restorative Yoga is an eclectic, gentle style of hatha yoga promoting balance and harmony physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama) are integrated to stretch, strengthen, open and release the entire body. Much emphasis is given to deep relaxation (savasana) in Restorative Yoga.
Your teacher Sally Belmont incorporates into the classes her own 25 years’ experience of yoga, meditation, deep relaxation and knowledge of aromatherapy, holistic health, spiritual healing and metaphysics. Sally is also a Reiki II Practitioner.
A 3 week Course introducing you to the ‘Yoga Series’ given at Restorative Yoga Sydney.
For all experience levels.
Max 1 or 2 students: at your own choice of day and time.
1 ½ hour Session given once a week for 3 weeks.
(Restorative Yoga Manual included)

All equipment is provided for and all levels of practice are catered for.
Please ensure you avoid heavy meals for at least two hours prior to the Session.
